The vision of MCC Women of Excellence is to equip all women to reach their God given potential. Our aim to empower women and girls to live lives that God intended them be. We will achieve this through the following objectives:

1. Women of fellowship
2. Women of academic and professional excellence
3. Women who are submissive to their husbands
4. Women who are best mothers
5. The complete woman-women who are complete whether married or single, who live a complete life of fulfilment regardless of whatever circumstances they are in.
