Esther 2:15-17

Now when the turn came for Esther the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her as his daughter, to go in to the king, she requested nothing but what Hegai the king's eunuch, the custodian of the women, advised. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all who saw her. So Esther was taken to King Ahasuerus, into his royal palace, in the tenth month, which is the month of Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign. The king loved Esther more than all the other women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.

Esther was an orphan girl. Esther was in a foreign land. Any physical barrier is no excuse for you to fail. There were almost one hundred and twenty girls competing for the position of queen in that vast empire. As days were passing by Esther saw other girls going in and coming out. I am not sure what number she was. But it was possible for Esther to give up along the way. But the Bible says when the turn came for Esther… In the school of progress there is always your turn. Let me say it in another way, in the school of the supernatural, there is always your turn. There is your turn to get a scholarship! There is your turn to get promoted! There is your turn to get married! There is your turn to pass that examination! There is your turn to get a job! There is your turn to make money! There is your turn to get healed! There is your turn for breakthrough! I came to tell you in the name of Jesus that now is your turn! Now is your turn for the miracle in the Name of Jesus. If you can believe it shout now is my turn! The Bible says when it was her turn she obtained grace and favour. When it is your turn grace and favour will be released. When it is your turn even those who were fighting you will smile at you. When it is your turn no one can block your way! Waiting is not denial. Waiting is for preparation. Every student of faith must learn to wait for his or her turn.

Isa 40:30-31

Even the youths shall faint and be weary and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
