On the third day there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.  Now both Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding. 3 And when they ran out of wine, the mother of Jesus said to Him, "They have no wine."

 Jesus said to her, "Woman, what does your concern have to do with Me? My hour has not yet come." 

 His mother said to the servants, "Whatever He says to you, do it."

 Now there were set there six waterpots of stone, according to the manner of purification of the Jews, containing twenty or thirty gallons apiece. Jesus said to them, "Fill the waterpots with water." And they filled them up to the brim. And He said to them, "Draw some out now, and take it to the master of the feast." And they took it. When the master of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and did not know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom. And he said to him, "Every man at the beginning sets out the good wine, and when the guests have well drunk, then the inferior. You have kept the good wine until now!"

 This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him.

The year 2007 has begun at a very high note with a clear word from God. The Lord has spoken to us that this year will be a special year of singing and laughter, joy and rejoicing! This will be entirely dependent on God supernaturally working in our lives.  But what does it take to have God supernaturally work in your life? The answer is found in Gods word. How you respond to what He says to you will make all the difference. The mother of Jesus gave the formula for a life of singing and laughter: what ever He says to you, do it!  Let me point out something to you. It is not common sense but spiritual sense. It is not what makes sense to the natural man, but what makes sense to the spirit man. Obedience to the Word of God is the key to a life of the supernatural. If He says jump you better jump! If He says sit down you better sit down! If He says forgive you better forgive! If He says give your tithe you better give your tithe. What ever He says to you, do it. We read this in the book of Job 36:11,

If they obey and serve Him,
They shall spend their days in prosperity,
And their years in pleasures. 

It is not what people say but what God says that really matter. It not what I think but what He thinks that really matter. Therefore what will I do? I will make it my aim to hear Him. I want to hear what He says regarding my career. I want to hear what He says regarding my family. I want to hear what He says regarding my prayer life. I want to hear what He says regarding my witnessing life. I want to hear what He says regarding my finances. I want to hear what He says regarding my ministry. Therefore I read His Word, I study His Word, I memorise His Word. I meditate on His word. I listen to His Word. I speak His Word. As I hear Him speak so I will do.
Life of Joy and happiness awaits those who are willing to do all it takes to comply fully to the demands of the scriptures.

May 2007 be your special year like you have never seen before in Jesus Name!
